Yes. I saw an earlier issue which mentioned the state of the offline version, which is the one I use. It will be available once the current version is out of beta.
KeepassDX is my preference as it is entirely local on the phone and needs no permissions.

The update to the offline version was uploaded today!
Odd. The nonet version that I downloaded doesn’t ask for all of the extra permissions that the regular version asks for, but I suppose it might still have the libraries needed for connections to webservices in there.

Originally designed by cryptographer Bruce Schneier it uses the twofish encryption algorithm he created. It also has its own software keyboard which means it sends your keystrokes directly to the application while bypassing the device clipboard.
