You are not actually downloading the zip file, with wget with that URL, because the website wants you to do a captcha with browser.

You had some luck with Firefox it seems. Just be careful with saving files a second time with new names. See (1) added:

VPN should not be a problem unless they (VPN co.) block large downloads or something stupid.
Clean your space of failed downloads etc, and try try again, if first you don’t succeed.

That’s why you need a browser and complete a captcha.

Verified boot is only enforcing when locked.
Verified boot, while permissive, when unlocked might still complain if altered.
Flashing anything else is not supported, as in I won’t support it, but it might work.

Arm gaps pico can’t be flash like on lineage os. I get error on s5 sm-g900f. Just for info because i not have anymore that phone.
That was likely due to space constraints or the DivestOS recovery rejecting the signature.
If you want to flash mods like that you’ll need TWRP.
