as per the functionality tables page: camera is broken on beryllium
I also strongly do not recommend testing out bootloader locking on a Xiaomi device unless you are happy to receive a brick in return. It in theory should work, but no sane person is going to sacrifice to test.

you need to first install the DivestOS recovery via heimdall or odin.
Then flash DivestOS zip from DivestOS recovery.
Everything is done but Silence encrypted sms/mms has two years without doing an update. Very good OS
Silence has been in DivestOS for many years.
When it was originally added Silence was still maintained.
I cannot remove Silence now as removing it from the system would remove it from all devices, thereby deleting the text messages of all users. Would be a massive headache and upsetting for all users.

How you want me to do that? I just download the zip, check them in sha256sum and the numbers are not the same that the sha256sum check? what else you want me to do?
I think he’s clearly enough.
He needs to know the checksum you get and file to check that the file has not been compromised, is a publishing error or whatever.
It would be good if you could download the file again to discard a corrupted download.

If you post the filenames, with date, they can be checked. Or try again…

They were the ones for fairphone 3 and for google pixel 3a
Files for 18.1-20211212-dos-FP3 and 17.1-20211214-dos-sargo sha512sum check OK for me.
May be a problem on your end.

I have been just trying to download now one for sailfish (google pixel) and the 512sum is not the same again. I have used Palemoon and Firefox. Not any og them works

Is there a simple process to fix the camera? Like transferring part of a custom or stock rom to DivestOS to get camera working?

I still haven’t determined why the camera doesn’t work. It could be kernel or deblobber or selinux or firmware related.
Also did DivestOS ever boot on your fugu?
OK thanks for reply. Yes it did boot on the fugu. I tried LineageOS Microg and weirdly that didn’t work but yours did! Not sure which ROM to use on fugu tbh as i like the voice command feature on the remote, bit tedious with the fugu remote as only has a few buttons.

And if I try to install it through lineage recovery it keeps giving me error in the signature verification failed.
And what about if we want a device to be supported with divestos? I will love to see the sony xz2 compact with divestos.
