Are qr-code as pop-up to a text/link possible?

For Known Repositories I was thinking about providing a QR code as pop-up. The best I get is:

Any hints?

Probably easier to just put it as a codeblock in a collapse.

Hide details is nearly the solution, but I cannot use [Linkname](Link) inside of details. Just an url works. But in known repos the url (name) is shown and the link is with fingerprint.
‘[details=’ seems to use the closing bracket of the markdown url.
