Recently it is seen a lot of users create an account and start advertising their apps. Whether the app has been submitted as an RFP, or a MR is open, or not, they start advertising their apps here. F-Droid is lenient, but advertising is not allowed.
Open an MR/RFP in Gitlab, speak there and not here. If your MR has the details, people can see.
Moreover, another trend I am seeing is, users not even on F-Droid, nor wanting to be on F-Droid, advertising their repos/apps here. This forum is for F-Droid related apps and F-Droid related issues only. This is not an advertising platform. FOSS/FLOSS/OSS, does not mean you take this platform for advertising and then that just makes no sense.
We are short of testers. Unless someone is able to test the apps and confirm those are all good, the MR’s remain open.
Finally, please start using your own knowledge and skill, rather than relying on AI for every single thing.
