for example I found this site. and here there are applications like winlator and a fork byebyedpi. while in fdroid there is only an old version of byedpi. as I understand it is impossible to add a repository from the openapk site. then the question is why fdroid does not add such popular and useful applications to its database?
Cause F-Droid does not allow proprietary libs, and everything should be literally FOSS/FLOSS, and not just OSS.

An app won’t be added automatically when it’s popular and useful (to someone). Someone needs to do the work.
