I am trying to instal F,droid on my Galaxy note 10 but it keeps getting blocked saying it could jeopardise my data and my phone and its an outdated app

Press More info, then press Install anyway.
Or disable Google Play Protect and complain to Google to explain WHY it jeopardizes anything.
You can install F-Droid Basic in the meantime: https://f-droid.org/repo/org.fdroid.basic_160534.apk (it will get no useless warning) from F-Droid Basic | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository

Thanks it is up and running much appreciated, any Idea whats the best antivirus i can install on my phone i have Avg premium now, but not sure how effective it really and truly is.
