You must have lock in a bunker and lost touch with rest of the world to avoid the system know your info. Impossible.
Cameras with face recognition on every corner. Unless you live in a country. Deep country.
I know we all have different boundaries. Few times in life I’ve tried to push my limits, but it occurred impossible.
My first touch doctor got history of my deseases.
When I got to hospital the doctor knew that I didn’t take medicines he prescribed me before.
I am used to avoid to give very personal information via means of distant communication. Old time habit but I couldn’t avoid some… Unfortunately I am just a cell in the organism. The cells nearby impact me. You can’t isolate.
That doesn’t mean we need to make it easy. And by “system” do you mean corporations or government? While I don’t want either in my business, I am more concerned about corporations than my own government (I realize this may be the opposite for other governments).

I remember a discussion in an XMPP group about how in some cases sent SMS texts didn’t make it to a recipient as some ISPs would sniff for innapropriate keywords, killing the message. Have no idea how true that is.
