is there an application here that changes the voice while talking on the phone?
I have seen a similar function on some phones, it works simply, when you receive a call, you select the desired voice and the interlocutor hears a different voice, while Internet, redirection or additional devices are not used

In this age of AI, with several e-commerce websites such as Amazon.in, all avoiding Chats using a chat window, and emphasising on phone calls, our ‘voice’ samples need to be guarded against malevolent groups.
Else, our own voice phonemes could be extracted, then using an AI tool to create statements that aren’t spoken by us, be used against us.
I hope that the necessity for such an app would be understood.
I am unsure if an AI tool was used, but an incident actually happened with renowned Bharatiya YouTube and Social Media Movers and Shakers. Recently, the accounts of Shri Sanjay Dixit of The Jaipur Dialogues, Prof Shri kapil Kumar, Col Shri R S N Singh, etc., were hacked and personal, sensitive information and/or money were successfully extracted from the accounts of these individuals.
Please. Programmers should be sensitised that the issue is serious enough to be considered with attention.
