It appears that F-Droid is not detecting the tags for the latest releases of Privacy Browser and Privacy Cell.

The updated tag for Privacy Browser was posted two weeks ago.
And one week ago for Privacy Cell.
Has something changed in the required format for detecting updates?
If you open metadata on Gitlab you’ll see a “merge requests for this file” in the upper right side of the page:
https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/-/blob/master/metadata/com.stoutner.privacycell.yml?ref_type=heads
https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/-/blob/master/metadata/com.stoutner.privacybrowser.standard.yml?ref_type=heads
Now, why are those not merged? Well… since January, we’ve updated to Debian Trixie and Java 21 is the default.
Can you update your tooling too?
These Java version constraints are vestigial. I’ll remove them and do a new release. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Updates for both apps were released several days ago, but the MRs do not reflect the new versions. Is manual intervention required after a failing build?
yes, as we \wait for you to ping us, let me try
