I need Signal on my Fairphone with Fairphone OS. There are several repos which supposedly carry it.
I choose Molly.
I can add that repo, but Signal isn’t listed. According to step 8 of the tutorial it should be listed, but instead I get a message with a huge QR code telling me it hasn’t been used yet and it needs to be activated. The tutorial is completely missing that message. I have no idea what it means… I also tried a different one which has the same problem…
I do not want to go back to a googlefied OS…
After adding the repo, go to the F-Droid main screen and pull down to refresh. The apps from that repo should then be shown.
