Pls raise with Adguard team on their git to check for false positive and get it added to their whitelist, if is blocked that way.

I just ran into the same thing. Some anti-adblock rule is blocking a necessary js here, so adding @@||forum.f-droid.org/service-worker.js to the user rules will fix it just fine.
