I needed the webdav client for ghost commander, and couldn’t find it on f-droid. I downloaded it but it wouldn’t install. I contacted the developer, and he said it was because the Ghost commander app was different on f-droid, so I had to uninstall and install the Play store version. I did this, then the webdav plugin worked. I asked him why he didn’t make plugins for f-droid, and he said, he offered to compile them, but the f-droid community wasn’t interested. Is that true?

F-Droid needs to be able to build them itself, so yeah that might be true…to a degree, aka not interested in prebuild APKs by the dev.
