There isn’t much else to say, other than that either the link is wrong or the target is just not reachable (other packages do work, though).
In main Latest view pull to refresh as your repos were updated more than >2 months ago!

Try to add F-Droid to “ignore battery optimization” list, maybe it helps.

It was indeed set to optimized (seems to be the default). Disabled that now, and hope it works.
