Suggested app: scrcpy: display and control of Android devices through adb

Hi! I have read about this app:

“This application provides display and control of Android devices connected on USB. It does not require any root access. It works on GNU/Linux, Windows and Mac OS.”

It’s under the Apache License. Can we include it in f-droid please? Thank you!

and will later open an issue at f-droid’s gitlab repo when I get green
light from the author.

OK, this is not an app. There is no apk to install. One just installs the
software on the desktop. My apologies for the mistake Hopefully this
incidentally make some of you aware of it.

f-droid is kind of the mobile equivalent of debian

I just tried it on Debian and it works very well! Thanks for the find!
(And I can confirm, you don’t need to install anything on the Android device.)
