strongSwan VPN Client Download speed capped at 35Mbps

On my Samsung Galaxy s20 Ultra, using the F-droid Build of this app, my downloads are capped at 35Mbps for some reason. If I were to install the Build from the Google Play Store, my downloads are not capped. Would prefer to use the F-Droid Build.
