Is there any app to disable the stupid newsfeed in fb. I only use fb to check a couple of pages regularly. Don’t need that new age nonsense stupid stories
Use a frontend instead and see if that helps. They may have settings to deal with that.

They are alternative FB clients or webapps on steroids.
Just try them. May provide a better experience than a browser.
I am not aware of any Android browser FB tools to change its behavior.
No longer have a Facebook account so can’t check anything anyway.
