It is still true per cellebrite leaks that GrapheneOS is not possible for them to extract info when set in BFU mode. There is of course other possibility of exploits that might appear in future, but right now it is known to resist all commercial forensics companies that share similar manual and advertisements about device’s unlocking capabilities..

I think its very unfortunate to have aggressive infighting in the FLOSS community, especially between two such important project’s like F-Droid and GrapheneOS.
