You mean a Google account? Dunno… not sure it’s the right place to ask though.

Use a third party app, or maybe try it with just email and 2FA.
Seems nice. My only concern: how sure that your phone number will be available years later? So for a youtube account maybe it is acceptable, but I guess not for more “serious” usage, right?
I use NewPipe to view YouTube videos. I don’t need an account to use it and it removed ads.
