Several installations through the Privileged Extension

Hi,
When an update is available or when I install a new app, the installation is managed by the F-Droid Privileged Extension app.
However I think it uses cache because it installs the apk files several times including apps that I’ve finally uninstalled.
How can I avoid this? Thanks.

Bug #1311, known issue

After the first update, close the app and clean cache ( NOT data), it will stay fixed until the next real update
