I’m disapointed. Here I’ve just installed an app that I love, Screenshot Tile (NoRoot)
Opening app’s parameters, I see a advertising, asking me to give money for Israel.
I am sorry, but is it OK to have on f-droid an app with ads?
More, is it OK to have an app with politic ads?
And, last but not least, is it OK on f-droid to get an app asking to support a GENOCIDAL country ???
Will not get into correct or politically correct answers here.
Ad based apps are allowed with proper tags defining / identifying as such. If it is missing, please raise an issue to get the tag added.
It is up to the developer to set the advert parameters, however, I am pretty sure these would not be political aid, but based out of humanity.
Whether the country is geno or not, it sure has humans living there. So look at it from aiding pov. All of those people are suffering due to the bad decisions of few in power. One can maybe but aid.
Still, do raise it as an issue on Gitlab and on developers git.
