Ringtone maker app

Hi everybody!

This is my first time posting here and I want to explore open source apps for making ringtones. But first, allow me to ask a question: What famous open source apps do you know for making ringtones?

I’ve heard of some apps like Ringdroid, Timidity++, MuseScore and Ardour, but I believe there are many other mobile ringtone maker apps that I don’t know yet. So I would like to invite everyone to discuss and share their knowledge about these open source projects.

Yup https://f-droid.org/packages/com.ringdroid/ works fine, still

/LE: if you read this from 2024, it was moved to the Archive repo (enable that in Repos - F-Droid - toggle Archive ON)

well, on Android 14 you need to download the APK: https://f-droid.org/repo/com.ringdroid_20704.apk

then via ADB (locally from Termux or a PC), do:
adb install --bypass-low-target-sdk-block com.ringdroid_20704.apk
