Does updating the release notes in my git hub repo will update the release note on fdroid automatically ? Or this will require new release ? if this happens automatically How long it will take ?
Depends, how are these linked? If from Fastlane/TripleT structure then yes, a new release.
If just linked in Changelog: then it does not matter, users can open it at will and get whatever is there at that time.
