Private Repo: import app metadata

I am running a private repo using GitHub - TheLastProject/Docker-F-Droid-Binary-Repo.
It works great except for one thing. I cant find a way to have my app metadata (icon, screenshots…) imported.
I tried to set the Repo value for the app to something like Repo: https://github.com/Akylas/jule_verne;f=fastlane/metadata/android/fr-FR but it does not seem to import it.

Is there a way to make it work in a private repo? What command should i run on the repo to import app metadata from github?
