Please add OBDZero to F-Droid - OpenSource OBD2 car diagnosis software

I am not able to register to GitLab because its blocking my privacy enhancing IP address. I have the hope, that adding a request here for the app would be enough. The App is compared to other ones small and compact.

Anything users could do when the developers of a project do not answer to F-Droid issue reports?

They can fork the project, change appid, change icon, name, etc… and become the dev
