Since release 16.0.3, I cannot disable Orbot notifications (disabling notifications in settings has no effect), which makes it unusable. The latest usable release (16.0.2) is no longer available for download. I’m using Android 4.4.4 which does not support “latest stable” apk. Any hint to solve this?
