I am doing so at the moment. Additionally I use Clover to visit 4chan.
But I hope there is more outside in the wild. :thinking:

It’s not strictly porn, but the BDSM-community Fetlife has an opensource app: https://github.com/fetlife/android
They are not allowed on Google Play and they are looking for alternatives, but they are not yet on F-Droid, see https://github.com/fetlife/android/issues/249.

You could set one up in webapps, probably blocking the third party tracking domains and ad servers at the same time
