Dead? What are you missing? If the app works flawlessly (which it does) there is no reason whatsoever to update it. It just works, nothing more and nothing less.
BTW: AFAIK the direct dial function needs JavaScript. If you use a browser with the add-on NoScript, JS is disabled by default. Nothing to worry about. I for one allow JS only on trusted sites.

Updates for what? Provided it doesn’t contain bugs there is no need for an update. Or do you think that the codes may change and render NoUSSD toothless?
