Turning on “Show archived and outdated” fir the F-Droid repository no longer has any effect on my device. The current version and two previous are all that are shown for any app now. Is there a separate F-Droid archive repository now?
See the same, on my old Android 6, currently trying to get a log of what is going on.
Which device? Android version? Client version?
F-Droid 1.23.0
Fairphone FP5
Running eOS 1.17-t-20231109350751-stable-FP5
(Android 13)
Ah, looks like a rediscovered Archived repo selector missing when only one repo is present (#2908) · Issues · F-Droid / Client · GitLab ![]()
So, eg. you can add the Guardian Project repo Guardian Project Official App Repository and turn it off
and now suddenly for F-Droid apps, you have the repo selector where you can set F-Droid Archive to reach the old versions
I have quite a few repos. I can select the F-Droid archive by selecting F-Droid in my list of repos, hitting settings, then turning on “Show archived apps…” but the setting doesn’t seem to be honored.
maybe you don’t know what happens next? ![]()
open any app… yes… only 3 versions are shown… but… see top of app description, see repos selector… touch it… ![]()

Ok. I think the last time I looked for old versions they were integrated. Or I forgot. Both equally likely.
This is not the bug report you are looking for. Move along. Move along.
