Obtainium is finally back after 4 months. It seems there is no big update in 1.4 and 1.5. But the 1.6 has a big UI overhaul with MD3E which is coming soon.

Summary

Immich major upgrade from 2.7.5 > 3.0.0/3.0.1/3.0.2.

Breaking changes, most of which were previously deprecated.
Other changes include new mobile photo editing, timeline changes, API cleanup, faster library browsing, improved video playback, workflows and a new “Recently Added” view. Several fixes followed the initial 3.0 release, making 3.0.2 the recommended version for existing self-hosted installations and for existing 2.7.5 users.

Mention about recently launched Fauxx Desktop Companion app. They released couple of versions before but with v0.2.1 now supports AppImages that means all linux/bsd users can use it. I think good time to mention about it.
