My app is ready. Now what?

Hello, I don’t know if this is the right place to ask, but a year ago I opened a request to publish my application on fdroid. I had never used Gitlab and I have no idea how to do it. It was marked with the “Ready” tag by the admin, but nothing has happened in a year (I was busy and I forgot I wanted to upload it). Now what else should I do?
