Move files (photos) between two android phones, without internet

Hello,
i have two phones, one with better camera,
i would like to send the photo from phone to phone, without using data transfer, FOSS

there was a program

but F-droid says it is not FOSS,

something you recommend?
i have Total Commander on both phones, would that help anyhow?

TrebleShot is not FOSS anymore, but the version on F-Droid is FOSS

Total Commander has a plugin “Android Wifi”: Total Commander for Android - Plugins

You can make a server with primitive ftpd and use Ghost Commander SFTP to connect to it, etc
