Fdroid was working find yesterday morning. Last night I started to have issues. What would cause me to get this error mess

Did you download something from the website?
Did you try to install that APK that you downloaded?
How did you try to install that APK, from the browser notification, from the file manager?
What device? Which Android version? Which F-Droid Client version?
