Material files not enough credits

I tried to copy from phone to PC with material files and it stops after 12 MB of a one GB file saying not enough credits. How do I add credits?

What program are you using on the computer?
Credits aren’t something you can add, they’re an internal mechanism of SMB.

Try the FTP option instead

No program on computer. Not needed to copy from computer to phone. What should i have on pc

FTP doesn’t work i don’t know why
When I start it it says running but every thing else greys out
