Many app signatures aren't F-droid

Why do some apps not have F-droids signature but instead they have the developers? (Note they are hosted by F-droids repo)

Some examples are:
All Fossify apps eg: (org.fossify.messages)
SuperImage (com.zhenxiang.superimage)
Clock You (com.bnyro.clock)
