I use the app SMS to URL forwarder and it’s very useful for me to check my SMS distantly.
Now I looking for a solution to simply send SMS distantly (but FOSS and without an external service, so I would like to self host the server side).
Does someone know a simple app in the same style as SMS to URL forwarder (a kind of “URL to SMS sender”, checking an API endpoint every x minutes to know if there is new SMS to send for example) ? I don’t find much things that seems simple to use
