Is there an open source app that converts PDF to Word docx and viceversa

Basically an app that converts to multiple formats (PDF, docs, epub, etc) and viceversa on Android.

There are many OCR apps: F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository maybe one can do it in batch mode?

Not all PDFs have actual text inside, those can be saved say from Librera

If the PDF is scanned… then you need OCR

or do detail what you want exactly

OCR can’t extract images

I use PDF24 on Windows. It’s open source. I’m not sure if it’s on F-Droid

It is not. The repos only contain readme files. The actual stuff has no repo in the open/public.

Collabora Office (the same office suite family as LibreOffice or, for example, old OpenOffice) can convert a docx to several other formats, including PDF and EPUB, and can import a PDF as a vector drawing (its native format is odg, on desktop you would use Draw, be it from TDF or Collabora, or some other vendor). They have an F-Droid repo.
