How to configure Cache Cleaner 2.2.3 to exclude F-Droid icon cache

Hi
Cache Cleaner 2.2.3 is great application. Is it possible to modify the XML configuration file for Cache Cleaner in order to prevent it from removing the F-Droid icon cache ?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I think that would only be possible if it runs as root.

Thanks Hans , and forgive my delay for answering you.I though of emailing the developer but noticed the app was no longer maintained, anyway it’s not an issue .
