How to make clone of the app?

You can use profiles.
What app do you exactly mean? Doesn’t it allow eg. multiple login?

I want to run 1 app as 2 and with different accounts at the same time.
You have 2 answers already, now is time to your decision and trial 
Btw. On Realme devices there is in-rom (built in) app to do that: App cloning (com.oplus.multiapp).
Some apps, like Messenger or Facebook, have multi account support, no real need to clone them.
