How can I download all the apps in F-Droid repository

I’m a student studying on code analysis of Android apps. Currently, I need a large number of apps for my research.
So, I was wondering if there is a way to download all the apps in the F-Droid repository?

Actually, both APK or source code are OK for me.

Would it be possible to advise me how to download all the apps (~2600) in F-Droid repository?
About the apps, either as apks or source code is OK to me. (It would be great if you can give me some suggestion for both of them)
