Help, i locked myself out of an app

Could anyone help me out?

I may have screwed up.

Within the photok app there is any option to hide the photok app, this option does not really hide photok but instead changes the name of photok to phone and changes the icons to a phone icon, however when opening the phone/photok app it opens up the normal phone app, not photok.

How do i get back into photok?
I remember seeing an option in photok to set a passcode so the app can be accessed from the photo app when entering the correct passcode aka dial numbers. I did not set any dial numbers up so i cant access the app from entering any digits. If i just locked out myself from the app then this app is really stupidly programmed but it might be very much that its just me who is to stupid to figure out how to get back into the photok app.
