I use Heliboard 3.6-iode 22 on a Google Pixel 7 that runs under IODE OS
It cames as a préinstalled app.
I have minor issues ( black color of the drop list, etc..)
How can I reinstall this Keyboard, or ugrade

Assuming the problems are not a malfunction, reinstalling the app would not be expedient.
Since it is probably a system app, you would need root rights. However, since the app is pre-installed, it should be upgraded with a future OS update (if the errors are known).
If you don’t want to wait, there’s a just released beta version that could be installed as an additional keyboard.

If it’s a version build by iode maybe report the issues to them directly.
Depending on appid you might be able to install the upstream (non iode) version and use that instead.
