on anysoftkeyborad on i press microphone

to use voice to speech

there is google how can i change it

and for what

Install some other app maybe? Seamless | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository

Strongly advise Heliboard + Whisper+.

Keyboard will look as hell to configure at first, but when you dig in, you’ll see how awesome it is.

As of Whisper+ - you just voice type and it fills diactrics (, . ! ?) for you. Isn’t that awesome?
