Find My Device (FMD) does not ring

Hello

I have used, and really liked, the FMD app, as it allows me to make my device ring by sending it a text. However, on my new device (Pixel 8 Pro running GOS), it can no longer trigger an alarm, despite the app being able to read and reply to my text.

Does anyone know of a solution, or an alternative? Thanks

check kdeconnect, it may be an option for you
