When I updated F-Droid today I noticed it was released 16 days ago. Is it normal for such a delay? I am not complaining as I doubt there is any urgency for such updates, I am just curious.
Latest F-Droid always has a testing/unstable/alpha/beta period hence the delay to being “recommended” and pushed for everyone as “new update”
You can always opt-in, per-app, for Betas, in app details, press upper right three dots menu, check Betas

Thanks for the explanation, though I’ll not be opting for any experimental versions. The more stable and tested the better as far as I am concerned.
