If you look at the entry on Companies House https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/08420676/filing-history F-Droid Limited the company needs to post its accounts, otherwise it gets struck off… and the company bank account is frozen… and server bills aren’t paid… and the website goes down…
How do we alert Ciaran? Want some help? For example, organising a second director or at least company secretary/financial services to help make it happen?

That said, having the F-Droid Limited company provides things that OpenCollective cannot, like donations via IBAN and PayPal. So it would be good to have both options.
