Does F-Droid publish any usage metrics for 2022? I found a blog post 1 from 2021 and metrics page 2, but data is not actual. Is it possible to get the actual data somewhere? I just want to get any public number for my app, if any.

I’m afraid the metrics repo you found is all we can offer. The team is busy with improving our server situation. It’s unlikely someone will find time to improve metrics before that’s completed.
The services F-Droid is runing are built on privacy by design principles. That means collecting user identifyable data won’t happen. (not even temporary) In addition tho that F-Droid is less central than other platforms. Quite some traffic is handled by privacy friendly mirror partners. Those mirrors are not required to provide any metrics to F-Droid. So the data F-Droid may collect, is propably different from what cimmercial plattforms publish.
