I am unable to download apps nor access the site from my home network, vpn and mobile data provider. I think the servers are down. It is also good to know that in the past week the response time is very slow.
Confirm: https://f-droid.org/ is currently not reachable in germany.
https://forum.f-droid.org/ and data mirror https : //ftp.fau.de/fdroid/repo works as expected
