I have been using Signal-FOSS for a while now, and well satisfied.
I have a concern anyhow : it seems that the last time I updated the app, through their F-droid compatible repo, I was obliged to fully re-register, a bit like if I moved to another device.
As I see there is now another update, would anyone here know if running it will break my registration again?

Signal devs don’t like F-Droid to build their app.
Maybe they don’t like others too…
Eg. Telegram-FOSS can’t register a new account… since last year.

I met something related : I had to pair again my Signal PC installation.
