I was downloading 
F-droid while I got an error (see in image)
So what should I do?
My specs: Android 12 - 4gb ram - sumsung galaxy m21
Change the mirror site under repositories > F-Droid Repo. Turn off fau.de one. Then refresh the repo list and try.
If that does not work, force stop f-droid application, clear cache and retry.
Also, check if you are trying the latest version only, as the cache seems to be showing the old version, which shows not present in the repo itself. This is the current version: https://f-droid.org/repo/eu.siacs.conversations_4210804.apk

The mirror appears updated now, I guess you happened to try when the mirror was synchronizing
